Backend engineering grounded in security, performance, and a Computer Vision research habit on the side.

I'm a backend software engineer specializing in ASP.NET Core and SQL, building enterprise-grade systems where security and speed aren't optional. My day-to-day is REST API design, query optimization, and role-based access control for production systems that other teams depend on.

I currently build backend infrastructure at Merik Solution, and have shipped secure, high-performance APIs for clients across Dubai and Riyadh — including a Laravel-based system that cut API response time by 20%.

Alongside client work, I'm finishing a degree in Software Engineering with a focus on AI and Computer Vision, and apply it in independent projects — most recently a CNN-based system for early keratoconus detection from corneal topography images.
